Yes, we are licensed Home Improvement Contractor through the state of NJ. We have a Home Improvement Registration, #13VH04126100.
What do you do if structural damage is found during a renovation?
We are legally obligated to inform you about any structural damage we discover while doing a renovation or remodel. This means we bring termite damage, wood rot and/or structural defects to your attention and recommend a course of action to remedy the situation.
Are you a fully licensed contractor?
Yes, we are a fully licensed contractor, with licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia. New Jersey license #028779 and Pennsylvania license #004142.
How far do you travel to work on a construction project?
We are licensed in NJ and Pennsylvania and are willing to travel throughout both states for our clients. We work at the Jersey shore, in Northern NJ, and throughout PA.
